In this document I'll assume your username (crsid) is spqr1.

You can use the magical 'publish' button in Netscape Composer by going to:
 - 'Edit' menu
 - 'Preferences'
 - 'Composer' tab
 - 'Publishing' node

then set the 'Publish to' field to: ftp://www.srcf.ucam.org/home/spqr1/public_html
and the 'Browser to' field to: http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~spqr1/

and this should work.
